Our fitters and welders are top notches. We have the capabilities to meet all of your production welding needs in one spot. Close tolerance precision weldments are our specialty.

Brake Forming

Ram repeatability along the entire length of the press brake produces close tolerance forming of sheet metal for higher part quality and lower final assembly costs for our clients.

Finishing

We have the capabilities of giving you the finished look you desire, including Powder Coating, Wet Spray, Plating, Black Oxide, Anodizing. If the parts are stainless steel, have a brushed finish applied.

Sawing / Machining

We offer a variety of machining options in-shop. If you are in the market for a bar, pipe/tubing, or structural metal, we have the capabilities to meet your requirements.

Our other customers applied for UL, ELEVATE, to audit our factory. You can book the 3rd party (such as SGS, BV) for DUPRO & final inspection. It is necessary to do the inspection before delivery.

You can contact us by phone or email with your requirements, and we will send an initial quote followed by a proforma sales invoice with payment details. If you decide to visit our workshop and showroom, we can discuss your requirements and then take your order.

Usually, 5-7 days are sampling. However, for container size order, 1-2 weeks.
That is determined at the time you place your order. Typical terms are T/T with a 30% deposit and balance against the copy of B/L, but there can be many variations from that standard.
